CNN.com - The good men of CNN have decided to cover this absolute ridiculous story suggesting that "Fellatio may significantly decrease the risk of breast cancer in women" .

C'mon SON! The author (who is left remained nameless...hmmm I'm sure he's a man) has gathered some information from studies that were done by a bunch of researchers (who are also nameless in this article). The bold statement that was made that had my head spinning was ...

"Women who perform the act of fellatio on a regular basis, one to two times a week, may reduce their risk of breast cancer by up to 40 percent, a North Carolina State University study found. "

Shockingly this is not all! A female researcher said ...

"'Only with regular performance will your chances be reduced, so I encourage all women out there to make fellatio an important part of their daily routine,' said Dr. Inserta Shafteer, one of the researchers at the University of North Carolina. 'Since the emergence of the research, I try to fellate at least once every other night to reduce my chances.' "

Now I'm not against nor for the act, to each is own, however men how do you feel that she's not doing it for you but for her own benefit. Does it change things?

CNN news anchor the gorgeous Don Lemon actually confessed a shocking story about himself when going over the sexual abuse case of Bishop Eddie Long. Poor Don was sexually assulted as a child..

"Let me tell you what got my attention about this and I have never admitted this on television. I’m a victim of a pedophile when I was a kid. Someone who was much older than me."

I'm sure the people in the studio were as shocked as the viewers.

“I’ve never admitted that on television and I never told my mom until I was 30 years old.  Especially African-American men don’t want to talk about those things.”

Well it's good to see that Don Lemon has moved past this and who knows perhaps can help a few other young men who are having a hard time dealing with this.

TORONTO - Localers were warned to avoid downtown while the G20 summit was going on and those who thought about coming down that weekend were warned to STAY AWAY. Clearly it was all for good reason the mayhem and outrageousness has gone to new levels.

We all knew it was going to be bad but who anticipated for it to be LIKE THIS? Looking at the videos and pictures of whats has and is currently happening in Toronto is heart breaking. Our gorgeous city is being demolished. Civilians in buildings are on lock down. Just got word from my girl (who is in the Eatons Centre) saying that they arent letting anyone leave.

Sadly a HUGE Hip Hop mogul, Guru, passed away yesterday after his battle with Cancer at the age of 43. It really hits hard when someone who is so influential to the buildup of Hip Hop is gone. We were all ignorant to the fact that he even had cancer due to the fact he chose to keep his fight private and stated that he'd go public with it once he beat it.

2009 was NOT a good year for music with the death of soo many, Michael Jackson being one of them. Let's just hope that this is the end of it for 2010.

[NEWS] We Helped Haiti, Why Not China?!?!

WESTERN CHINA was hit by an earthquake a few days ago. Why hasn't it gotten much attention. True it didn't cause nearly as much damage as the one in Haiti did. It, unfortunately, did take the lives of over 500 people with 10,000 reported injuries not to mention the people who remained trapped.

China's economy is much better off than Haiti's, however why don't we feel a global responsibility to at least shed light on the events that took place? Why must be we be bombarded by the media to take any of this in?

INDIA ARIE tweets about how she feels about the Telephone video by Gaga and Beyonce. She calls it "Socially Irresponsible". India Arie most definitely caught more heat than I think she anticipated after saying such a thing.

[NEWS] Ann Coulter Speaks At UWO!!

ANN COULTER if you haven't heard about her you'll be as outraged as I was when finding out about this broad! She's some right wing, retired playboy bunny with the most twisted thoughts of how to improve America. The disgusting part of it all is that she is VERY vocal about how she feels.

While speaking at The University of Western Ontario (UWO) she threw some punches at an Arab student suggesting that she flys her magic carpet home. When the student voiced her thoughts about that remark Coulter then tells her to maybe use her camel!

This is just too much racial ignorance for me in one week. First the new Law & Order: SVU episode on Tuesday about the little black orphan now this! Goodness ME!

[NEWS] Whats Happening with Somalian-Canadians?!?!?!

THE NUMBER OF SOMALIAN-CANADIANS that are dying out in Edmonton, Alberta is sky rocketing people. An article in the Toronto Star was published today talking about the amount of Somalian-Canadian families have moved out to Edmonton (mainly from Toronto & surrounding areas) in hope to find employment and returning home with one less family member.


"Since the summer of 2005, 29 Somali-Canadians ranging in age from 17 to 28 have been murdered in Alberta, in what police are calling an escalating gang and drug turf war amid the province’s booming oil economy"

Reporter Raveena Aulakah using one family in particular as an example. Mother Faduma Arab (in photograph) talks about her personal story about making her way to Edmonton to provide for her children and how she experiences the death of her son while trying to do that.

[NEWS] 3 Year Old Boy Abandoned On His Bday!?!

LITTLE boy abandoned at his 3 year old birthday party. WTH is this world coming to? How does a parent NOT KNOW where their child is, ESPECIALLY his bday. The scary thing is once they realized he was missing it took them another day before they began to look for him. SMDH...poor thing.

The boy is now in foster care, psffffffff as if that's an ideal place for a little kid. SMH parents plz start parenting!!!

[NEWS] Welcome To Your New Home Nets!!!!

YESTERDAY was a memorable day for New Yorkers and of course Jay-Z had a huge hand in making it such a big day!The a new home for the New York Nets went up. The area holds 18, 000 people and is quite the venue!

The ceremony took place in Brooklyn where the new arena is. It was huge and looked like everything went well - the smile across Jay-Z face is a dead give away. Wifey Beyonce, of course  attended looking FABULOUS as always.

Now with that said this has me thinking about the property value for the surrounding neighbors. I sure hope Jay-Z took that into consideration when contributing to the building and location of this arena. It would be a terrible thing if the nearby residence didn't have a fixed rate and could no longer afford to live there because of this.

YESTERDAY it was The Wall Street Journal, TODAY its The Globe and Mail! So I was in my 8AM class today when my professor brought in The Globe and Mail, she pulled this article out and told me that she thought of me when reading this. I was more than blown away and flattered that she would even say that.

Mona Halem of Lady Luck Entertainment it's your week honey! It's GREAT to see that someone doing so well is really being recognized for what they do. Real refreshing. She's definitely a role model for any woman trying to get into a business state of mind. HELLO!

[NEWS] Monica & Rocko Go Their Seperate Ways!!!

BAD NEWS from this couple. Word just got out a few hours ago that Monica and husband Rocko are no longer an item. Which is sad considering children are involved. Who would have thought that MONICA & ROCKO out of all couples were having troubles.

Definitely didn't expect this coming from the two of them. I know theres editing and stuff but from watching Still Standing they seemed like a pretty happy couple. Without giving details, Monica tweeted about the situation between the two of them. She expressed how much she appreciated her fans support and explained that they will always be a father.

She said..."Rest is a private matter between @Rocko4Real and I. He is a good person. We all make mistakes...." Hmmm which has me thiking...WTF did Rocko do to our girl Monica?!?! I guess he really did live by Imma Do Me

I pray for the best for her and the family (especially the children)...
