Unfortunate news - Producer/Director/Actor Tyler Perry lost his mother yesterday December 8th. It's a terrible thing to lose a loved one - your mother for that! Your heart goes out to you and the rest of your family Tyler!

Jay-Z Parties in DR for his 40th!!

So it seemed like everyone and their mothers were celebrating Jay-Z's birthday on Friday Night. Twitter and Facebook was going bonkers regarding the day. My whole thing was (for those who have me on twitter know this - @LaylaAdonia ) how are people throwing parties in honor of his birthday. The man is an artist NOT Jesus! I swear there were more people out partying and taking shots on his behalf than Christians that celebrate Christmas!

Hmmmmm lets reflect shall we - the man is not dead - nor are do you have personal ties with him! If you were out to celebrate his bday plz kill yourself! I got $20 that says you probably missed a good friends bday! Shame!

Death At A Funeral

Just imagine Martin Lawrence, Tracy Morgan, Chris Rock, Danny Glover, Regina Hall, James Marsden, Zoe Saldana, Columbus Short, Loretta Devine and Ron Glass all in one comedy! YUP its happening in Death at a Funeral! I have not really been interested in anything Rock has done after Kill the Messenger. However, after watching Good Hair I have falling back in love with Chris Rock.

Below is the trailer...it had me dying so hopefully this one will serve right. With that many hilarous people in the cast...they'd really have to mess up for it not to be good!
