Toronto's favorite HOT GIRL LaToya Forever is my new found hero. We're all familiar with ther seemingly crazy antics on video well, this new video she just put up is very noble! Sadly she encountered a suicidal turtle and took it upon herself to save him.

Well I couldn't really imagine touching a turtle so she flagged someone down to save it.

[GOODIES] Trey Song Heats Up Summer Jam

TREY SONGZ is a problem beyond belief! Apparently he had one hell of a performance at Summer Jam this past weekend causing nothing but sheer chaos amongst a sea of young women. I mean Trey Songz is hot enough to have any grandmother drooling over him (bless his mother) but this frenzy he's been making with his READY album is unforgettable.

During his Summer Jam performance Trey Songz pulled a fan on stage, had her tilt her head back and say "AAH" while pouring water down her throat (SERIOUS choking hazard but I'm sure that was the last of her thoughts) to introduce his song "Say Aah".

As heartbreaking as it can be ladies Trey Songz may be singing this song for more than just the new movie STEP UP 3-D. It was upsetting to listen to but I have to admit it was cute to see the video. Why you ask? Well his leading lady in the video is ex-LONG TIME -girlfriend Helen!

This maybe meaning that this new song ALREADY TAKEN may just be true, is Trey no longer a single man? Well as much as I want to torch their relationship for my own selfish reasons I'm happy for the both of them if that's the case.

DRAKE had a interview with the New York Times not to long ago that they just recently published. In the interview he talks about a bunch of different things from his rapid succes, to his very short lived relationship with Rihanna & how he fears for his saftey in his own city.

His intense demand lead him to a speedy succes, it's as Aubrey went from Wheelchair Jimmy to Drake overnight. With such great opportunaties and success comes heartache and troubles like no other person as much as we hope the best for him.

CHRIS BROWN - This boy, now GORGOUS man has been slowly making his way back into music. The quality of his songs he's been putting out ALMOST has us forgeting his shameful actions just last year.

Lucky for music lovers everywhere this new song he has out was brought to my attention by Max from Toronto (HUGE Follow The L supporter).. This new track DEUCES ft. Tyga & Kevin is by far my summer jam. Despite the recklessness he did with the whole Rihanna incident, I can still admit that the man is talented and is a great performer.

This partnership he's got going on with Tyga is obviously working in his favor. Two GREAT tracks back to back....keep that going!

[GOODIES] Steaks and Standards [by. James Hunt]

I always find that once in a while one has to enjoy the fruits of ones labor and indulge.  So the end of this week saw me discussing various cuts of beef with the butcher at Pusateris in Yorkville.  My weakness has, and will always be a good Delmonico steak (more commonly known as rib-eye steak).  Being one to share meals I decided to call a close friend of mine to see if she would join me for dinner.  One must never eat steak alone.  Fifty-five dollars later I walked out clutching my two well-marbled aged steaks with a smile. All the way home I couldn’t help but feel proud, albeit a little nervous, that I would impress my friend as I had never cooked for her before.  I recalled her complaining about how hard it was to find a man to spoil her rotten with good cooking, amongst other things. In my mind I represented the perfect storm in any woman’s world – well-mannered and educated male, dare I say, is a good cook.  Or so I thought.
