K'NAAN has not forgotten about Haiti! He's decided to team up with an array of different Canadian artist to make a remix to Wave Your Flag to raise proceeds to donate to the Haiti relief.

Bryan Adams, Nelly Furtado, Feist, Nickleback, Emaily Haines, Ron Sexsmith and Colin James are all just a few of the 40 artist that are coming together to collaborate on the remix.

It's refreshing to see people still willing to help the people of Haiti. I hate to say it but things like giving to a great cause seems to pass by light a fad over time, which is a true same considering the people that are suffering will be for years to come.

The exposer Toronto has recieved since Drake's big blow up has been a great way for other musically inclined people to really be heard and see. We were seen as just a bunch of hut living overtly friendly people to our southern neighbors just over a year ago. Now THEY know we're capable of much more.

Young Wonda is nothing short of a great addition to have on Toronto's scene. Producing for the likes of artist such as Luu Breeze and Page,  it's only a matter of time you hear about him more often if you haven't already.

His beats are unique in sound. It's nothing like you'd expect to hear or find anywhere else.

Anyone interested in beats made you're able to contact him .... Hop on http://www.youngwonda.com/ and get at dude!

Below are a few things he's produced for both Luu Breeze and Page.

TORONTO must have the best DJs the world has to offer! Listening to mixtape after mixtape never gets tiring when you're being engulfed in GREAT music! We all know and love the fact that Toronto is known for being such a diverse and cultural accepting city, which give us a different kind of advantage. Anything you're looking for you can find in Toronto and the music scene is no exception.

DJ Mensa has done it yet again ladies and gentlemen. DAYBREAK is his latest mixtape and quite frankly this combination of songs has me sitting on my couch with a cup of hot chocolate reminiscing. Feet kicked up listening to some of the best of SWV, Joe, Stevie Wonder, D'Angelo, Jill Scott and Musiq Soulchild you can imagine the vibe this mixtape will put you in.

DJ Mensa most definitely succeeded in digging up forgotten classics. DAYBREAK is nothing short of a gift from him to us. Your immediate download is required!

DJ Swiss ... Talking is the last thing ANY couple will be doing when listening to NUFF TALKING. I have yet to come across a mixtape that gets me hot and bothered...until now! DJ Swiss is putting in his work and with the combination of old and new artist on this mixtape its obvious the man knows his pantydropping tunes!

Jagged Edge, Robin Thicke, Destiny's Child, Janet Jackson, Trey Songz are just a few artist you can expect to find on this mixtape. You surely won't come across another mixtape with 31 tracks that will LITERALLY play out your night.

DJ Swiss' intent with this mixtape is clear! Starting it off with songs like Slow Dance (Keri Hilson) and ending it with songs like Doing It Again (LL Cool J) he's about to have couples getting in trouble. Anyone can definitely recreate Valentine's Day anytime in the year with the help of NUFF TALKING!

LOVELETTERS + BROKENHEARTS is undoubtedly a mixtape that everyone needs in their collection! Toronto's very own DJ Pplus and DJ Lissa Monet (2009 Stylus DJ Award Winners) have teamed up to give us 81 great songs that will take you from way back when to right here, right now. It's a two disc mixtape that has been cleverly separated into sweet lovely ballets and heart wrenching lonely tracks (the name of the mixtape is so fitting huh?!?!). The idea of supplying good music to those in love without forgetting about those without love is GENIUS!

The LOVELETTERS disc is of 39 memorable tracks that had me singing along word for word! The sweet romantic DJ Pplus took it upon himself to woo the hearts of women everywhere by cleverly selecting classic favorites and mixing them with newer and local talent. It warmed my heart to see Andreena Mill's song Picture Perfect sitting at #33!

The BROKENHEARTS disc is definitely something ALL women can relate to and most men (even though you guys don't want to admit your hurt feelings)! The talented DJ Lissa Monet has miraculously managed to fit it all onto one disc. Rather than listening to the entire Keyshia Cole's The Way It Is album and feeling a bit irate afterwards. This disc is a nice alternative and will definitely calm you down, possibly even get your mind off the break up and onto GREAT music!

This is a mixtape that you all need to acquire! Where else would you get TWO major music lovers giving you their greatness and not the norm. This mixtape is far from any other and has really set the bar for mixtapes to come!

Great Job DJ Pplus & DJ Lissa Monet!
