    In the midst of browsing the net , I came across Pavon dresses. Pavon was founded by two young sisters, Luz & Victoria. Although they have traveled around the world, their company is based out of NYC. They are the QUEENS of the ruffle tube dress which comes in an array of patterns and colours, inspired by their travel. They are so fun, j'adore. Check it out ;)

    DAMON DASH - It's as though this man as fallen off the face of the earth. Going about my daily routine this morning surfing my favorite blog sites I stumbled across this interview that GEEDMONT TV had done with DAMON DASH on JUSLISTEN.NET. Since the highly publicized separation between Damon Dash & Jayz’ partnership Dash has kept it a point to refuse interview opportunities and keep to himself.

    Kudos to the good people at GREEDMONT TV for managing to get this interview. The interview was most definitely a job well done although more provoking questions would have really done it. Dash talks about Curren$y (who they’ve managed to also get footage of) as well as what’s been his inspiration and what he’s been doing up until late.

    After browsing daily blogs, as I normally do everyday once I get home from school or work I came across this article. PLEASE READ IT AS IT IS RATHER SAD, yet disturbing! Goes to show how much of an impact society really has on people. Just thought I'd share this article with you as it was an eye opener to me on how FAR one would go to look like a celebrity. Below is the article about the 20 year old died from butt implants(which was taken from SANDRAROSE.COM)

    A 20-year-old British student is dead after flying to Philadelphia with friends to undergo a “must-have” butt injection procedure.

    Evol was born as Michael Donovan Nezbeth on February 20, 1988 in Toronto, Canada. Evol spent most of his childhood in Toronto, until he moved to South Florida. During his high school career he began writing. However, his writing was not intentionally meant to be lyrics. After being influenced by family and friends, his rhymes lead to raps and his captivating music was created. It should be known that Evol does not rap about adolescent issues, the content of his music surrounds real life issue, and his diverse background in music allows him to make real life stories into rhymes. Such music artists, Tupac, Lupe Fiasco, and Bob Marley are inspiration to Evol’s unique style and lyrics. Evol’s voice of reason has manifests itself in clever rhymes that balanced the young hustler's lifestyle with a sense of street reared insight. Writing from pure experience, it’s all about his feelings and what is going on in his life but at the same time being relatable. Displaying a message to think for yourself and don’t let others make decisions for you. Evol’s featured mix tape titled “Speak before you think” conveys a message to speak from your heart and not censor what you think. Evol had the opportunity to work with producers such as Demar Porter, Laurent Walter, as well as Street Music Entertainment.

    In my opinion, Evol is a mix of Kid Cudi and Bob Marley. Continue reading to listen to his mixtape

    TORONTO - It's your boy DANIEL "Wonda Bread Green" WORTHY has produced yet another one. The creative genius has done it yet again with another impressive release of his video Smoked Out. DANIEL WORTHY has been featured on Follow The L before within it's first few months of launching and at that time he was better known for his production.

    Although this dude can provide you one hell of a beat it's within his own interest to pursue a rapping career. The video released is surely a day in the life of the young Toronto native full of Jack Daniels Budweisers & blunts.

    WASHINGTON D.C. native WALE just came out with a video for his more recent song The Break Up Song which is something most of us can relate to. I've got to say WALE definitely did it for me on this song. I'd have to say hands down one of my fave WALE tracks.

    Let's not forget to mention that the video is so adorable. You've got to give it up to WALE for being creative as heck!

    TORONTO - It's not shock to us that we have a such a large amount of local talent that has yet to get tapped into. KITANA is an example of just that, also known as PONYTAILZ for her wickedly sick dance moves she's gone into another area of arts, singing.

    Follow The L has without a doubt been a huge supporter of KITANA with her first single and now she's released another banger. Take in her latest track produced by Chuck - That Girl .

    Toronto's very own DJ SWISS has come through in a clutch for us all annually with his release of his mixtape NUFF TALKING. Luckily he's delivered yet another wonderful mix of smooth RnB tracks that will surely serve it's purpose. When talking to DJ SWISS he made it clear that his aim with NUFF TALKING was to provide listeners with something that does the talking for them and sends a very clear message after (or while) listening to it.

    Solemate;

    a pair of shoes with which one has a strong affinity

    Ohh la la, my heart pitter patters once more for the Dvea shoe by Versace. There is not much that can be said in accordance to this level of perfection. Three words : They are everything. The colors and geometry go together like nothing else. J'ADORE.
