Over the weekend a few girlfriends and I met up at a hookah cafe to recap about our oh-so great time at Year One | Follow The L's Anniversary party at Lobby the night before, as well as life in general!
One of the girls was waiting for her date to hit her up and he was late........yup, yup you guessed it...a heated male bashing discussions came up!
So rather than making this a man tip I've noticed this has become quite popular amongst young males, the lack of common courtesy to at least send a text message saying you're
running late. A huge sign of maturity gentlemen…take note! If you’re running late a simple phone call or text message (to each it own) will save you from the disappointed look on her face when you do show up (assuming she’s still waiting). Or quite possibly avoid making her irritated which does trickle down to how kind she chooses to treat you.
One thing that just isn’t understood, if you ask her out don’t make her wait! If you must (due to whatever reason) LET HER KNOW!
Ladies, we too have a responsibility to uphold and not let them treat us this way. If he’s 15 mins late and there’s not notice……..why are you still waiting? Come on now, we treat them how to treat us.
15 mins may not seem like a lot of time but break it down like this ladies.....15 mins is 1/4th of an hour. If this is a casual date he should not be wasting any more of your time.
