THE WEEKND - Toronto's very own newest buzz has seamlessly made it to be EVERYONE's number 1 mixtape and that goes for major industry heads as well. They've managed to keep a low personal profile while bringing it back to what it's really about, MUSIC!
Easily the mixtape of the year, it seems to be picking up faster than Drake did. Rolling Stone, is no exception, did a cover story on the group describing their sound and getting those familiar with the lead singer Abel Tesfaye (yes he's habesha). Rolling Stone goes on by describing the music as "haunting" which is a pretty accurate description when really taking in the worlds to Wicked Games.
