INDIA ARIE tweets about how she feels about the Telephone video by Gaga and Beyonce. She calls it "Socially Irresponsible". India Arie most definitely caught more heat than I think she anticipated after saying such a thing.
I personally wasn't WOW'd by the video but I wouldn't take it as far as saying something like that. As another female vocalist she definitely needs to watch what she says. Indie Arie has been known to criticize main stream music so coming from her this just comes off as another "hater" remark.

Just because she's not in the same bracket as both Gaga & Beyonce does not call for her to criticize what they are doing. Rather than cutting down another woman Indie Arie needs to practice constructive criticism rather than shooting insults at someone’s work.
I'm confident that people would value her opinions much more had she given some constructive advice!
