"ARE BLACKS 'STRONGER' THAN WHITES?" Is an article from NEWS ONE FOR BLACK AMERICA. Quite interesting I must admit. To sum it up for you guys they're basically arguing the point that people within the Black Community are much more equiped to deal with hardship than Caucasian people.
Using states to prove their point they do argue a very good point...
